The LiteMat+ Plus 3 is based on three “tiled” light engine measuring 9.5 in. x 19 in. (240 mm x 480 mm). The head unit features 1728 new CineMitter LEDs and is covered by a thin, clear polycarbonate layer and bordered entirely with Velcro® “loop” fastener. Mounting is provided with a Kino Flo®-compatible, removable gimbal mount. The “soft-through-pixelization” method allows the LiteMat+ Plus 3 to achieve surprisingly bright light levels.
Simple, Lightweight, and Versatile.
The LiteMat+ Plus 3 can be used anytime that soft and controllable light is required. As a key light, you can easily mount the unit on a “Baby” stand or attach it to an elevator wall with adhesive Velcro®. Because it’s lightweight, LiteMat makes a great handheld fill light or can easily be mounted overhead.
The New CineMitters — Extending the Possibilities.
LiteGear officially unveils the new CineMitter series of applied-phosphor LEDs. Exclusive to LiteGear, these new emitters set the standard for cinematic, color-correct LED lighting. Efficient and full-spectrum, these LED chips offer state-of-the-art output with a 40% increase in brightness over VHO Pro. Another distinct feature of the CineMitter is the extended Kelvin range. LiteGear pushed the lower CCT to 2600 degrees Kelvin (K) allowing for candlelight or deep-tungsten output while increasing the CRI to a staggering 95+ — that’s nearly indistinguishable from traditional incandescent sources! On the cool side, the CCT was pushed up to 6200K to better balance for overcast sky or cool white fluorescents. This increase in CCT still achieves a CRI of 95+ and provides beautiful, full-spectrum daylight.

LiteDimmmer+ Plus —
Designed for +Plus Series Luminaires.
LiteDimmer+ Plus incorporates legendary LiteDimmer cinema-grade electronics into a singular housing combined with the AC or DC power supply. These Hybrid dimmers are available in manual and DMX versions, with wattages starting at 100W through 400W, and feature the new locking PL7 connector. Some of the LiteDimmer+ Plus units feature CurrentSense technology which regulates the output current regardless of how many LiteMats or LiteTiles are plugged in.
LiteMat + Plus Optional Accessories
Accessories include a 3-inch PolySkirt that helps control the light output by limiting the amount of light exiting the fixture beyond the 120-degree primary field. There are 3 densities of Velcro®-attached diffusers that mount to the PolySkirt along with a light-control louver. The ParaSquare Louver is an aluminized sheet with parabolic elements within each hexagonal cell. It works well to provide desirable light output with refined edges and an even field. Its unique properties allow for lossless light output while providing outstanding peripheral light reduction.
The LITEMOUNT is based on the RAM® ball-and-socket mounting system, a trusted, durable, and reliable mounting system with many
ancillary accessories. (Available Late 2016)
The CENTER MOUNT is based on the Kino Flo® “K-Mount” system, a well established, reliable, and functional mounting system.
The POLYSKIRT is a multi-wall polypropylene (coroplast) skirt that helps control the light output by limiting the amount of light exiting the fixture beyond the 120 degree primary field. It mounts to the LiteMat head with Velcro®and serves as an accessory holder as most require its use.
The Parasquare louver is an aluminized plastic molded sheet with parabolic elements within each square cell that provides desirable and loss-less light output with refined edges and an even field. Velcro® strips are attached to the edges to serve as a mounting mechanism to the PolySkirt.
The POLYGRID is a polycarbonate grid available in four different angles with circular cells that eliminate peripheral light and is incredibly lightweight. Velcro® strips are attached to the edges to serve as a mounting mechanism to the PolySkirt. (Available March 2017)
The SNAPGRID is a instant set-up and self-tightening collapsible fabric grid and available in a 40-degree angle. It can be easily stowed away in its compact pouch when not in use, is durable, and helps to cut and shape light beautifully. The SNAPGRID must be used in conjunction with the PolySkirt and is bordered entirely with Velcro® to serve as a mounting mechanism to the PolySkirt.
Woven fabric diffusers are made in industry-standard varieties and are assembled by stitching “hook” Velcro® around their borders to mate with the “loop” on the PolySkirt. Three densities of grid-cloth (quarter, half, and full) are available.
The KITBAG holds the LiteMat fixture as well as the accessories, power supply, and cables. The bag is specifically designed to protect your gear from “everyday” damage due to environmental conditions.
