BURBANK, Calif., September 7, 2022 – Chad Saunders Tiller has joined Los Angeles-based TV and cinema lighting company LiteGear as Eastern Regional Sales Director. With over two decades of experience in the field, Tiller has established himself as a highly sought-after industry leader and an advocate for designers and technicians.
Chad S. Tiller began his career in Dallas, Texas, at Norcostco, bringing technical theater products to Texas and all over the Southwest. During his time at Norcostco, Chad was integral in advancing lighting and rigging systems. In 2007, Chad took his talents to Rosco Laboratories in New York City, where he spent 14 years working with the motion picture, television, live entertainment, and architectural design industries. Most recently, he served as the VP of Global Live Entertainment Market.
As LiteGear’s new Eastern Regional Sales Director, Chad will manage all things LiteGear from Montreal to Miami and Missouri to Maine. He will work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to communicate any product and software updates to our customers. He’ll lead all planning and execution of on-location sales and product demonstrations, develop Dealer Relationships, work with our Rental Customers, and support the Set Lighting communities throughout the region.
In addition, Chad will develop new customer leads through research, networking, and travel. With open communication and transparency, Chad will build sustainable and trusting customer relationships with new and existing clients. Previously a guest lecturer at NYU, Yale, Carnegie Mellon University, and many others, Chad will also be an educational resource for Film Schools, Unions, and anyone that can benefit from a LiteGear-related class.
Throughout his career, Chad is most proud of the enduring relationships he builds with artists, technicians, dealers, and distributors and will bring his enthusiasm and dedication to the LiteGear team. Currently, Chad lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Jaynie, and their dog, Cassie. You can probably find him on a long bike ride around NYC, quietly strumming his acoustic guitar or grabbing the karaoke mic with a Northeast IPA in hand.
