  Al DeMayo is our co-founder and Executive Chairman at LiteGear Inc., a motion picture lighting company based in Los Angeles California that specializes in unique LED lighting gear. Husband to Teresa, father to AJ and Max, he is a 30 years veteran of film lighting.

  Co-Founder / Business Dev.

  Mike Bauman has been involved in the lighting industry for over 25 years. He is an established gaffer and has over 40 feature films from large Hollywood blockbusters to small independent projects, working closely with some of the top cinematographers in the industry. Some of his credits include Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Transformers, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Transformers 2, Munich, Ray, Training Day, Nightcrawler, The Master, and Inherent Vice. Mike maintains deep connections to cutting edge and current industry lighting trends through his work in the industry. He received a BS in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (’91) and attended the American Film Institute graduate program with an emphasis on cinematography (’92).
