JOB SUMMARY
LiteGear is in immediate need of an incredible Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day responsibilities across all marketing functions. The right candidate will be able to balance a broad range of marketing responsibilities and juggle tasks from multiple marketing disciplines. This position is perfect for a self-starter performing at a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and autonomy to support marketing initiatives.

The goal of the Marketing Coordinator is to successfully conduct market research, assist in writing/developing marketing proposals, drafting reports, and keeping current with the latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support and coordinate all marketing with internal and external stakeholders while managing deliverables and timely program implementation.
  • Coordinate campaign set-up and launches as needed.
  • Help align internal communications across marketing using project management tools.
  • Conduct market research to help inform department decisions and maintenance of marketing projects.
  • Coordinate and assist in analyzing marketing data, reports and making marketing recommendations.
  • Coordinate lead nurturing and analysis in target markets.
  • Assist in and measuring KPIs in reports to stakeholders.
  • Support content creation—videographers, photographers, writers, social media specialists, etc.
  • Assist in maintenance of marketing material to ensure up to date information.
  • Contribute thoughts and ideas to the overall success of the marketing department and conduct ad-hoc projects, as necessary.

  • Proficient in key Adobe Cloud products.
  • Proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital analytics.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Public Relations is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing or a Marketing related field is preferred.
  • Work experience in the entertainment industry is an asset but not required.
  • Willingness to succeed and train in an entry-level position.
