All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please email info@litegear.com with the below information:
• Original Order/Invoice Number.
• Product(s) Requesting to send back.
• Designate whether you’re looking to return or exchange for a different product.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada using FedEx. You can find out about the available options, and estimated delivery times by clicking here : Fedex Shipping Services.

Alternatively, if you have a FedEx, or UPS account number, we can use these to ship via your accounts.

Additionally, customers are more than welcome to request a third party freight forward/carrier to manage the shipment, you’ll just need to coordinate that directly with your shipping provider, and advise our reps at the time of placing the order.

LiteGear currently ships to the United States and Canada. If you are located outside of these areas please visit our Dealer’s page, to find the dealer nearest you to help complete your order!
