Our first responsibility is to the photographers, videographers, and producers who use our products and services to make art and to document the world around them. We must meet their needs by delivering products that work, delivering products on time, and offering products at a reasonable price.
We are responsible to our employees. We must ensure they are valued for their contributions, and are treated with respect. We must compensate them fairly, and ensure that their workplace is rewarding and safe. We must ensure they find fulfillment in their work and provide opportunities for them to develop. We must provide equal opportunity employment without regards to race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs.
We must be good stewards in the communities we participate in. We must support arts, education, and charities. We must support the development of a vibrant environment for the development of new generations of photographers and artists. We must pay our fair share of taxes. We must ensure that we operate in a sustainable manner that minimizes the resources we use to operate on a daily basis.
We are also responsible to our shareholders. We must continue to invest in the future of our company, in new equipment, and in new products and services. We believe that when we take care of our other responsibilities, our responsibility to our owners will be met.
