What is your return/exchange policy?
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best lighting products. We offer returns and exchanges on any unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, wherever possible. In the unlikely event that your authorization period has ended, we will issue a manual credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What are your shipping and delivery policies?
Our fulfillment team typically fulfills orders within 24-48 business hours (excluding backorder/presale items), Monday thru Friday. Orders placed anytime after 12pm PST will be shipped the following business day, and orders placed on the weekend will typically ship the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
