Sales Coordinator


LOCATION  Burbank, California



We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the Sales and Rental team. The successful candidate will become an integral point of contact for key customers and resellers, by keeping schedules, providing quotes, sales and support documentation, and general support communication for the team.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. This role is responsible for ensuring customers receive a best-in-class experience that aligns with LiteGear’s company brand and values.


  • Resolves customer requests via email, phone, chat, or in person.
  • Provide Sales Estimates, and then forward any PO’s or order confirmations to Customer Experience for processing.
  • Works with marketing and VP of Sales to communicate any product changes, discontinuations, software updates, or pricing changes to our existing customers.
  • Builds sustainable customer relationships of trust via open & interactive communication.
  • Maintains a high-volume of incoming email and calls, focusing on reaching “inbox-zero” wherever possible for themselves, the VP of Sales, et al.
  • Constantly learning to ensure a strong understanding of our products, both from a technical and practical application.
  • Provide general support for outside sales team.
  • Occasionally assist in on-location sales training or demonstrations for clients or dealers.
  • Manage Sales event/demo inventory and support materials.
  • Assists VP of Sales with day-to-day tasks necessary for the sales department including expense reports, data entry, report generation, meeting scheduling, proofreading, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties assigned as needed by manager.


  • Exceptional computer skills (50+ WPM) including basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solving experience
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience within a customer service role.
  • Experience in the lighting, manufacturing, or production industry preferred.
